DR. THOMAS VOLCK

Dr. Thomas C Volck has trained with some of the world’s most prominent cosmetic dental specialists.

He is rapidly becoming known as Vandalia area’s leading dentist for people who want cosmetic dentistry.He graduated from Ohio State University in 1980 and has been practicing dental for 38 years. He received his Mini Dental Implant certification from Shatkin, his Cosmetic Dentistry Certification from Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Esthetics and has been an active member of International Academy of Mini Dental Implants since.

DR. TODD BUSDIECKER

Dr. Volck chose Dr. Busdiecker to join him at his practice based upon his knowledge, years of experience, and exceptional patient care. When asked why he joined dentistry, Dr. Busdiecker said "I have always wanted to help people. My goal, as a dentist, is to help people to retain their teeth for the rest of their life in maximum comfort, aesthetics, and function."

Dr. Todd Busdiecker specializes in crown, bridge, root canals, and mini dental implants. In his personal life, he enjoys taking his dog Cash hiking, boating, and fishing.

Credentials:

Dr. Todd Busdiecker has also trained with some prominent cosmetic dental specialists and graduated from Ohio State University in 1996. He has been practicing dentistry for 24 years and has enjoyed every moment of it He is certified in Mini Dental Implants from Shatkin, Cosmetic Dentistry Certification in Advanced Aesthetics, and is an active member of International Academy of Mini Dental Implants.

Miranda

Miranda is a Dental Assistant, and certified in X-Rays and CPR and attends several CE seminars with other staff members throughout the year. She has been in Dentistry for 8 years and been with Dr.Volck's office since Feb of 2015. Miranda loves working with patients & specializes in crown design. Miranda and her husband Eric have a newborn son, Hudson, who is the newest member of our dental family. In her free time, Miranda bakes for special events, does home renovation, and loves to hang out with her husband, son, family, friends, and fur baby.

Tina

Tina is another one of our beloved office associates, and worked with Dr. Volck for 9 years starting in 1993. She is back with us now since 2017 and we couldn't be more thrilled! She has a combined 28 years of dental assisting and front office experience and is certified in radiology and CPR. She is a detail oriented perfectionist with a severe sweet tooth and an unhealthy relationship with the label maker. She loves spending time with her husband, Calvin, her daughters, and her 7 grandchildren.

Paula

Paula is a Certified Dental Assistant with X-ray and CPR certifications. She has been with Dr Volck's team since 2013 and attends several CE seminars throughout the year. She specializes in surgical treatment, Cerec Crown design, and is a licensed phlebotomist. She loves helping patients get the smile they've always dreamed of. Paula enjoys watching the Bengals and Buckeyes and spending time with her 5 children and 3 grandchildren and lives in New Lebanon with her husband of over 30 years.

Alicia

Alicia is one of our Expanded Function Dental Assistants and has all of her X-ray and CPR certifications. She recently joined our team and is already a fun-loving joy to have around. She specializes in Crown design and enjoys all things dental! Alicia and her husband Dustin have 4 kids- Alissa, Brianna, Cecelia, and Max, and 3 fur babies- Addie, Bo, and Lola. In her free time, you can find Alisha outdoors- hiking or planting flowers in her garden- and spending time with her family!

Corena

Front Office Administrator

Corena is one of our beloved front office associates. She has worked in dentistry for over 20 years and has been with Dr. Volck since 2005. Corena helps our patients by reviewing and answering any questions that they may have in regards to their recommended treatment. She is also responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial and administrative duties and scheduling appointments. Corena regularly attends dental office management seminars with other staff members. When she isnt working, she loves visiting friends in Florida, yoga on the beach, margaritas with the girls, and loving on her grand kids.

Tina

Front Office Administrator, DA

Tina is another one of our beloved office associates, and worked with Dr. Volck for 9 years starting in 1993. She is back with us now since 2017 and we couldn't be more thrilled! She has a combined 31 years of dental assisting and front office experience and is certified in radiology and CPR. She is a detail oriented perfectionist with a severe sweet tooth and an unhealthy relationship with the label maker. She loves spending time with her husband, her daughters, and her 7 grandchildren.

Holley

Front Office Administrator, Treatment Coordinator

Holley is the friendly face you see when you first step into our office, and is a little ray of sunshine to everyone who comes in contact with her! She is one of our Treatment Coordinators, and is certified in CPR. She helps keep our front office in check and has a background as a Dental Assistant. Holley has 2 fur babies- Midge & O-P. In her free time, she enjoys boating, camping, and hanging out with friends and family. Holley has aspirations of renovating homes "Joanna Gaines style", on the side, and is in the process of getting her Realtors License.

Lauren

Web Developer, Marketing & Technology Manager

Lauren is the Web Developer and Marketing &Technology manager for Dr. Volck's office. She developed & manages our website, does our multi-media marketing, and writes our blog. She has 10 years of marketing & business management background, 15 years of Web Development, & owns a Marketing & web development company. Lauren and her husband David, have four children. In their free time you will find them boating, swimming, or at the beach. Lauren's personal hobbies include nutrition/ cooking, swimming, rock climbing, weight lifting, building websites, CAD, home renovation, and spending time with her family and friends.

Lori

Hygienist

Lori is one of our Dental Hygienists and is certified in Radiology and CPR. She has worked in the dental field for 20 years and truly loves her job. Lori and her husband John have been married for 31 years and have 3 children and 6 grandkids. In her free time Lori loves to be active, go camping, vacationing, and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Wendy

Hygienist

Wendy joined our team in August 2019 and fit in immediately. Wendy has 14 years of dental hygiene experience and is certified across the board. She is passionate about hygiene education and loves to meet our existing and new patients. Wendy and her husband Bryan have been married for 35 years and have 2 daughters and 2 grand sons. They also have 2 fur babies- Norton and Bailey. In her spare time you can find Wendy in her sewing room, hiking, bicycling, and spending time with her family.

Missy

Hygienist

Missy is one of our Dental Hygienists and is certified in Radiology and CPR. She has worked in the dental field for 13 years and truly loves her job. Missy has 4 kids and 5 grandkids and enjoys refinishing furniture, gardening, landscaping, and cooking.

Crystal

EFDA

Crystal is one of our Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDA) and has all her her Radiology and CPR certifications. She specializes in crowns and fillings and truly loves her job. Crystal has been in dentistry for 16 years. Her and her husband Aaron have been married for 11 years and has a daughter, and fur baby, Mader. Crystal loves UD basketball and in her free time loves being around friends and family, and being at the beach.

Brittany

EFDA

Brittany is one of our Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDA) and has all her her Radiology and CPR certifications. She specializes in crowns and fillings and truly loves her job. Brittany has two boys and loves taking them to see exotic cars, to the park, and to the pool. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and believes that life is best spent making the most of every moment.

Treatment Coordinator, DA

Kenzie is another one of our beloved Treatment Coordinators and is a dental assistant. She has been a dental assistant since 2013 and has her Radiology license and is CPR certified. Kenzie has been with Dr. Volcks office since summer 2018. Outside of work, she is a hunter, wife, and mommy to her 2 daughters. Kenzie loves hunting with her husband Brandon and adores spending time with her family, 3 nephews, 2 niece, and fur babies Lena and Piper.

Paula

Ambria

Surgical Assistant, DA

Ambria (who goes by Bri) is a Dental assistant who is certified in Radiology and CPR. Bri has been in the field of dentistry for 6 years and specializes in surgery. She recently joined our team and is already a fun-loving joy to have around. Bri has two children, a daughter and son. In her free time, she loves taking her kids to their various sports and activities and enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, and traveling. Her personal hobbies include cooking, shopping, and being a mommy.
