The turn out was great, the party was even better. Dr. Volck and staff enjoyed the official open house celebration for their new office with the vendors, contractors, and even city officials, that brought them to this point. After 36 years of success in Vandalia, Dr. Thomas Volck was ready (and in desperate need of) a larger office. After years of hunting, planning, building, and moving, him and his team finally moved into the office of their dreams.
The new facility boasts 6 additional employees, 7 additional operatories (two of which are surgical suites) a patient recovery room, a consultation suite, 2 additional check out windows, an additional check in window, 2 additional offices, a separate milling room, a highly coveted break room, and both a lab and waiting area that are at least 4x larger than their predecessor. The upgrade in equipment includes a brand new 3D printer, Essex Vacuum Mold, Cerec Oven, autoclave, statim, and ultrasonic. These upgrades in technology means we can offer our patients more same day treatments, for less.
Dr. Volck and his team are beyond thrilled and are excited for the new office and all of the wonderful possibilities it offers.
