This two step Greens Recipe & Overnight oats recipe is PACKED with protein and good-for-you whole foods without added sugars or fillers. It has all of your vital nutrients, super foods, fruits, vegetables, energy boosters, vitamins, adaptogens, fiber, and probiotics. Its delicious and amazing for you. I start my day with my AG1 Athletic Greens and then have the Overnight Oats as my breakfast/ lunch for the day. Between the two they complete my well rounded nutrition for the day and are my all-in-one nutrients for the entire day. All of my vitamins, vegetables, fruits, minerals, adaptogens, probiotics, superfoods, enzymes, and fibers are packed into two *super easy*, drinkable, and on-the-go beverages. You start with your vitamins and greens drink, a super simple blend of juices and greens powder by AG1. (recipe below) After that, when you are hungry, you have your on-the-go breakfast drink. Your breakfast is a blend of Oats Overnight, VitaHustle One protein, Ancient Nutrition Collagen peptides, and Protein Cashew milk. Ingredients:

8 oz Silk® Original Almond & Cashew Protein Milk
4 oz Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 scoops VitaHustle ONE Protein (i use chocolate)
2 scoops Ancient Nutrition Collagen Peptides, unflavored
1 packet of Oats Overnight (i use chocolate chip cookie dough)

Directions:


In a blender, mix your cashew milk with 2 scoops of Vitahustle Protein and 2 scoops Collagen. Blend thoroughly. Transfer to a shaker bottle and pour in 1 packet of overnight oats. shake well and place in fridge overnight.
